DJ OF THE FORTNIGHT!

Yes, boys and girls, that can only mean one thing. The board has spoken, and a DJ of the fortnight has been chosen. Melissa Metelits and Jack Stanley are this fortnight's champions, hosts of The Elizabeth Tyler Show, not to be confused with the diva and divorcee Elizabeth Taylor. So listen in! Jack and Melissa broadcast every Saturday from 12 to 2 in the afternoon.

The DJ of the fortnight is chosen by the WQHS board on a biweekly basis. DJs go head to head, gladiatorial style, armed only with mp3 players and clad in vinyl. The losers' worldly possessions are then gifted to the winner and the loser is banished from the entire city of Philadelphia for the duration of the fortnight. This tactic is currently being revised by the board as banishing DJs makes it very difficult to maintain a radio station. The winner's show is then promoted on this site for the next two weeks until a new DJ is crowned.
